We have a block of rooms reserved with the hotel. Members should make their room arrangements directly with the Hotel by August 8th. Mention that it's for the 2008 ARCA Reunion. Our group code is B-29.
Our block of rooms will allow you to arrive one day early and stay one day later. The room rate is $60.00 per night for King Sized Bed or $65.00 per night for two Single Beds plus local a state taxes. These rates include a Continetal Breakfast and the use of their 90 foot Swimming Pool.
The following airlines fly into Eppley Airport which serves Omaha: Mid West, Southwest, American, Delta, United and Continental. A free 24 hour shuttle service to and from the Hotel is available.
Two tours are scheduled. On Tuesday, September 9th, we will depart at 1115 hrs for Father Flannagan Boys Town for an impressive tour of their facilities. On Wednesday, September 10th, we will depart at 1000 hrs for the Stategic Air and Space Museum. There are dining facilities available at both locations. A minimum of 30 passengers are required for each tour.
REUNION SCHEDULE
Monday, September 8th: Registration: 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs. Officers and Directors Meeting: 1400 hrs - Southampton Room, Parlor A. The Hospitality Room will be open from 1900 hrs to 2300 hrs.
Tuesday, September 9th: Membership Meeting: 0900 hrs to 1100 hrs. Bus departs at 1115 hrs for Father Flanagan's Boys Town. The Hospitality Room will be open from 1500 hrs to 1700 hrs and from 1900 hrs to 2300 hrs.
Wednesday, September 10th: Bus departs at 1000 hrs for the Stategic Air and Space Museum. The Hospitality Room will be open from 1900 hrs to 2300 hrs.
Thursday, September 11th: The Hospitality Room will be open from 0900 hrs to 1200 hrs and from 1300 hrs to 1500 hrs. Photo Session from 1700 hrs to 1500 hrs. Banquet will be from 1900 hrs to 2300 hrs in the Ballroom.
