Reunion 2012

September 18-22, 2012

 

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Grand Plaza Hotel in Branson, Missouri. You should make your room arrangements directly with the Hotel no later than August 18th. Their phone number is: (417) 336-6646. Be sure and mention you are with the Air Resupply and Communications Association to get the special group rate of $85.00 per room per night plus tax.

Tuesday, September 18th:

Check into the Grand Plaza Hotel (check in time is 3:00 pm).

12:00 noon: The Hospitality Room is open...Light Snacks and Beverages are Provided.

5:30 pm: WELCOME ABOARD RECEPTION in the Hospitality Room.

 

Wednesday, September 19th:

7:00-10:00 am: Hot Buffet Breakfast at the Hotel.

Daytime Free - Hospitality Room Open All Day - Lunch on your own.

6:00 pm: Dinner at Plaza View Restaurant - Featuring Kenny Parrott.

8:00 pm: THE CLAY COOPER SHOW at Clay Cooper Theater.

 

Thursday, September 20th:

7:00-10:00 am: Hot Buffet Breakfast at the Hotel.

Morning Free - Lunch on your own.

3:00 pm: MEMORIAL SERVICE & THE SHOWBOAT BRANSON BELLE DINNER, SHOW AND CRUISE.

 

Friday, September 21st:

7:00-10:00 am: Hot Buffet Breakfast at the Hotel.

9:00 am: BUSINESS MEETING.

Lunch on your own - Hospitality Room Open - Afternoon Free.

6:00 pm: GROUP PHOTOS.

7:00 PM: FINAL EVENING DINNER at the Hotel with Entertainment.

 

Saturday, September 22nd:

7:00-10:00 am: Hot Buffet Breakfast at the Hotel.
